• Athlete type

• Race and event data (event name, event type, event date, finish times, split times, positions, qualification statuses, endurance event personal bests, comments on the event etc.)

• Photos or comments uploaded to your profile

This data is necessary to provide our services and personalise your experience.

• To provide your dashboard, analytics, visuals, and exports

• To generate graphs and visuals

• To calculate trends and performance stats

• To support technical or customer queries

• To send updates related to your account or product improvements

• To generate anonymised insights about endurance sports trends

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may use aggregated, anonymised data to generate and sell trend insights about the endurance sports industry.
 

4. Anonymised Insights

We may use aggregated, anonymized data (e.g. “average races per year by athletes aged 30–39”) to publish reports or generate commercial insights. Your name or identifying info will never be included.

• All data is securely stored in Google Firebase.

• Authentication is handled via Firebase Authentication.

• We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your data.

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
